Why train at all?
Training with Picote has many benefits, saving time and money at the job site. Knowledge of the correct tools required for specific circumstances increases productivity and reduces down time. Problems resulting from incorrect tool use can be avoided with the right training. Tools and machines last longer if a regular maintenance schedule is followed. This is all covered in the courses.

So how does virtual training work?
We use a combination of mobile phones, tablets and laptops along with software such as Zoom or Teams to give live presentations from our Official Training Centres. As long as you have a laptop or tablet with a good internet connection, you can just click on the link that we email to you at the agreed time and we will do the rest!
Can Picote Brush Coating™ courses be attended online?
Picote Brush Coating™ is definitely more challenging. We have developed an online course which run over 2 days with either the Mini or Maxi Pump system. We are also available for follow-up calls if needed. The coating applied provides a damp-proof, corrosion resistant, wear-resistant and non-corrosive lining. Several coats can be applied within the same pipe. With training and guidance trainees can go on to renovate entire piping systems (for example, apartments or blocks of flats) with minimal disruption, avoiding costly excavation. This gives a great deal of potential!

Are there online Power+ courses too?
We also provide Maxi Miller Power+ aftersales training. This is particularly vital as the Power+ can seem a little intimidating! Great for heavy duty drain cleaning, descaling and root removal in pipes from DN100-DN300. This powerful 400V machine can also remove concrete, wax, failed linings and perform reinstatements of lined connections. It's a fantastic addition to your toolbox and is a real asset once training is complete and operators have the confidence to make the most of it.
